I want to give a shout out to Roofworks NW who did a complete tear off and replacement of our roof. Sam was super detailed and went over what was covered but also things to consider when you are working with 30 year old siding. He was friendly and straight forward and walked me through the entire process. We were really lucky we didn’t have leaks or mold, but our roof was reaching the end of it’s life. We only needed 2 sheets of plywood replaced. He also replaced some gable boards, updated chimney cap and added new ridge venting along with replacing all of our skylights. They were prompt, polite and didn’t leave one piece of trash, nails or debris when they were done. In addition they did a second and third inspection, Sam also made sure to take of of the paint drips and paint chips left on the roof. Best of all the actual cost was less than the proposal. Talk about exceeding expectations!! Roofs are expensive, be sure you choose the right company to take care of you!
